“A life not lived for others is not a life”

“A life not lived for others is not a life”

Jesus’ love was never selfish. He gave of himself to all those he encountered. He healed the sick, and the broken, gave the blind vision, he cast out demons, made the deaf hear, calmed the storms, walked on water, healed the paralytic, fed 5,000 and many more miracles.
The best love that Jesus ever displayed was for us. When he died on the cross for our transgressions so that we may be saved. Through this Jesus’ tells us that he came so that we would live a life full of joy, love and peace in abundance through hope and faith.
There is no other love more selfless and greater than the love of Jesus.

Jesus says:
28 “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
(Matthew 11:28-30)

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me (John 14:6)

No matter what you’ve done it’s never too late to lay your heavy burdens down at the cross. Through a heart of true repentance God washes your sins away!
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come
(2 Corinthians 5:17)
