Sweet Thai Pepper Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups fresh strawberries Chopped
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 3-4 Fresh Thai peppers
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juiced
  • 1 Packet Liquid Fruit pectin

Method
 

  1. Clean strawberries. Add strawberries to a dutch oven and bring to a boil. Cook strawberries for about 12 minutes. Gently start mashing the strawberries.
  2. Now start adding the liquid pectin, stirring continuously. Return the jam to a boil for 1 more minute.
  3. Remove the dutch over from the heat.
  4. Gently spoon the hot jam into sterilized jars.
  5. Seal jars tightly and allow the jam to cool completely until set.
