Lemon Garlic Baked Cod

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Ibs Organic Cod
  • 3 Organic Lemons
  • 2 Whole Organic Garlic Bulbs
  • 1 Organic White Onion
  • 1 Organic Fresh Parsley Bunch
  • Organic Olive Oil
  • 8 oz Fresh Organic Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Organic Asparagus Bundles

Method
 

  1. COD: Place cod in pan and drizzle olive oil over the cod. Zest and juice all 3 lemons. Pour 2 juiced lemons over the cod. Roast 2 garlic bulbs in olive oil and season with pepper. Take your roasted garlic out of olive oil and place it in your pan. Save the olive oil from the garlic for the asparagus. Cut up some onions and fresh parsley and place it over the top of the cod. Add some lemon zest to the top.Set oven at 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes or until cod is a pure white in color.
    ASPARAGUS: Place asparagus in pan and use the olive oil from the roasted garlic over the asparagus along with 1 juiced lemon and some lemon zest. Season with organic onion powder and organic garlic powder. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese and some crushed red pepper.
    Bake with Cod at 400 degrees until cod is done.
