Immune Boosting Bone Broth

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients
  

  • 1 32 oz Organic Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 Large Sweet Onion Chop into large chunks
  • 7 Cloves Fresh Raw Garlic Minced or Grated
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Curry
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Turmeric Minced or Grated
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Ginger Minced or Grated
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper

Equipment

  • Dutch Oven

Method
 

  1. 1. Combine all Ingredients together
    2. Simmer on low heat till Onion, Ginger and Garlic are soft.
    3. Then take off heat.
    4. Zest 1 Whole Lemon and then Juice the Lemon and add both to the broth
    5. Add about 1/4 cup Organic Olive Oil
