Method
- Clean strawberries. Add strawberries to a dutch oven and bring to a boil. Cook strawberries for about 12 minutes. Gently start mashing the strawberries.
- Now start adding the liquid pectin, stirring continuously. Return the jam to a boil for 1 more minute.
- Remove the dutch over from the heat.
- Gently spoon the hot jam into sterilized jars.
- Seal jars tightly and allow the jam to cool completely until set.
