Immune Boosting Broth

This broth is packed full of immune boosting properties to help your body with the core essentials it needs to maintain good immunity.



Ingredients


  • Organic Chicken Base Broth or Paste (your choice)
  • Filtered Water
  • One Whole Onion Chopped Into Large Chucks
  • 7 Cloves Of Fresh Raw Garlic Chopped Into Pieces
  • A Chuck of Ginger Chopped Into Pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons of Organic Turmeric
  • 2 Tablespoons of Organic Curry
  • 2 Tablespoons of Organic Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoons of Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoons of Cayenne Pepper

Directions


  • Combine all Ingredients together
  • Simmer on low heat till Onion, Ginger and Garlic are soft
  • Then take off heat
  • Zest 1 Whole Lemon and then Juice the Lemon and add both to the broth
  • Add about 1/4 cup Organic Olive Oil
