Elderberry Syrup
Boost Your Immune System
Ingredients
1. 7 slices of ginger
2. 1 whole lemon
3. 2 cinnamon sticks
4. 6 whole cloves
5. 1 cup dried elderberries
6. 4 cups of filtered water
Directions
Combine all ingredients into pot. Let simmer on stove for 35 mins.
Strain ingredients and let cool.
Add 1 cup of raw organic honey after mixture has cooled.
Put syrup in a glass jar and store in the fridge.
Take 1 tablespoon daily to boost immune system.
