It’s so exciting to see scientific research proving that our cures are found directly in nature. After all God did say “The Leaves Of The Trees Are For Healing Of The Nations” ~ How very true!

Demands of everyday life have left us grabbing for the quick unhealthy choices and options that society has to offer us. However, unhealthy diets are directly linked to the main cause of disease which ultimately only leads to unnatural cures and more complications longevity.

In his TED talk “Can we eat to starve cancer?”, Dr. William Li presents a new way to think about treating cancer and other diseases: anti-angiogenesis, i.e. eating foods that prevent the formation of blood vessels that tumors need to grow.

The crucial first (and best) step is eating cancer-fighting foods that cut off the supply lines and beat cancer at its own game like: berries, cruciferous veggies, green tea, and garlic.
