Immune Boosting Broth
This broth is packed full of immune boosting properties to help your body with the core essentials it needs to maintain good immunity.
Ingredients
- Organic Chicken Base Broth or Paste (your choice)
- Filtered Water
- One Whole Onion Chopped Into Large Chucks
- 7 Cloves Of Fresh Raw Garlic Chopped Into Pieces
- A Chuck of Ginger Chopped Into Pieces
- 2 Tablespoons of Organic Turmeric
- 2 Tablespoons of Organic Curry
- 2 Tablespoons of Organic Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoons of Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoons of Cayenne Pepper
Directions
- Combine all Ingredients together
- Simmer on low heat till Onion, Ginger and Garlic are soft
- Then take off heat
- Zest 1 Whole Lemon and then Juice the Lemon and add both to the broth
- Add about 1/4 cup Organic Olive Oil
