Chocolate banana ‘nice cream’
Makes 12 servings
- 6 frozen bananas
- 2/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 14-16 dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peel the bananas and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Add bananas, cacao powder, almond milk, dates, and vanilla extract to blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
Put in a glass covered container and let sit in freezer for one hour. Ready to serve.
