4 Tbs of organic better than bouillon chicken base
1 lb of noodles ( your choice)
Directions
Fill stock pot with water and add whole chicken with 1 Tbsp of “better than bouillon” chicken base. Clean and Cut 7 carrots and 7 celery in half and add to pot. Cut 1 onion into 4 pieces and add to pot. Add a handful of fresh parsley. Let simmer until chicken is cooked.
Strain the broth and put back into pot. Cut up chicken and set aside. Now cut up the rest of your vegetables into small bite size pieces and add to the broth. Add new parsley. Add 3 Tbsp of “better than bouillon”. Add salt and pepper as desired. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Cook your noodles, add chicken and Enjoy!
