Drain and rinse chickpeas. Cut all veggies into bite size pieces and add juiced lime. Season veggie mixture with himalayan pink salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Can add crushed red pepper if you like spice. Toast Ezekiel bread and cook egg in coconut oil on low heat. Place egg on Ezekiel bread and scoop veggie topping over egg. You can also put on a bed of spinach for extra greens. ENJOY!!
