1 cup cooked organic rice

1 can of organic black beans

1 organic avocado

1 cup of organic corn

1 cup of organic sugar baby tomatoes

1/2 organic red onion

1/4 cup of organic minced cilantro

2 organic seedless jalapeños (optional)

1 lime squeezed (optional)

 

Prep Time 15 mins. Rice 30mins.
